Mark got his start as an entrepreneur in 2010 when he quit his job as a factory worker to jump full-time into real estate investing. Coming from a middle class family with no education, no money and no direction, it was a very tough start, not to mention, it was two years into the Great Recession. With some self-education, lots of reading, and some mentorship, he did his first real estate transaction after nearly eighteen months. The second and third deal came just one month later. That year he went on to complete nearly a dozen deals. Each year following he nearly doubled his business buying and selling hundreds of properties through a combination of Wholesaling and Rehabbing houses. Mark also owns a multi-million dollar rental portfolio consisting of dozens of high quality rental properties and continues buying more each year. Mark's true passion has turned from real estate investing to wealth building and he has committed himself to helping others take control of their lives, their finances and their futures.
