Todays guest hit 'soul sister' status as soon as we connected on this one.   Fellow 'Activator' and PH360 Epigenetics Educator, Sage Monkman reached out after listening to episode 68 recently where I opened up for the first time publicly about my own experience with abuse growing up.Sage resonated with my story through her own experiences and journey with complex PTSD.  We share thoughts and ideas on our prospective lessons and learnings along the way.  Conversations like this can be raw, they can be vulnerable, they can be uncomfortable and confronting.
