Simmer Rimmer is the Co-Presenter of Channels 4's Sunday Brunch, a Chef and a Restaurateur. His first restaurant Greens has just celebrated its 33rd anniversary and he has 19 other restaurants across the UK. Simon can be seen alongside Tim Lovejoy every Sunday on 'Sunday Brunch' and regularly across our TV screens. He has also written 5 successful books and has his own podcast ‘Grilling’.In this episode Simon opens up about the recent loss of his father and what an impact he had on his life and how he feels after turning 60. We discuss the life changing moment he nearly went bankrupt when his daughter was one and how the stars aligned to save his business.
