Realizing he had a high-paying job rather than a true business, he decided to start his own real estate company. Initially, he wore multiple hats as a top producer and business owner, feeling more stuck than ever. Faced with the choice of scaling back or expanding, he chose to go big. Today, Phil operates 10 real estate offices across six states, runs an investing business for flipping properties, and owns a mortgage business and a title company. Additionally, he is a partner in a real estate school. Most of these ventures require minimal weekly involvement, allowing him to enjoy the freedom he sought.
