米靈岸音樂劇場的創辦人胡健，是香港僑生，在大氣系就讀時有著長髮及腰的形象。他愛上表演藝術及排灣族文化，從事實景表演藝術的創作，進而成為金曲獎唱片的製作人。年輕時不怕窮，用熱情燃燒自己，到了40多歲，發現身心靈及財務透支嚴重，閉關思考人生，於是放下堅持，心態放鬆，將過去積累的藝術能量，變成接地氣的老屋翻新事業，有著包租公的美號。本集主持人為農推系蔡培儀。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
