Ep76. Your Only Adversary Is You.

Your greatest adversary in life is never the economy, government, opposing political party, the rich, the poor, a competitor, another race or gender, religion, God, the devil, your ex, that person that hurt you, your employer, your employee, or anyone or anything else. Your greatest adversary can be found inside of you. 

The primary elements of this episode are:

1. You see the world through your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions, and these can only be found inside of you. 
2. If you were to look inside of your anatomy, you won't find beliefs, thoughts, or emotions, only electrical charges and chemicals. You assign meaning to these charges and chemicals. 
3. Your beliefs are repetitive thoughts, your thoughts are impulses, and each thought triggers a rush of chemicals in your body. You can begin changing any of these at any time by thinking differently, and the more you repeat the thought the more the new thought will become a belief.
