I hope you are having a good December. This episode I am sharing my convocation with Sophie from a couple of weeks back. We talk meeting via social media, the positives and some of the negatives that can come from online peer to peer support groups. Sophie talks about her experience in social and group settings, along with her progress this year. I mention some recent guests that have amazingly spoken about their own story, but now also talk about mental health in a wider sense to encourage others to seek support.
