Sara Svoboda is a Canadian rugby player at Harlequins FC. In 2021, she reached the semi-finals of the Rugby World Cup, and has over 20 caps for her country. Sara is also a doctoral researcher at Loughborough University.In this episode, Sara shares her methods for controlling her demeanour and behaviour while performing under pressure, both on and off the field.
