Sickle cell disease is the fastest growing genetic disorder in the UK - mostly affecting people of Black heritage – and we urgently need more blood donors from Black communities to come forward as they are more likely to have the blood type vital to treat this disorder. I caught up with Bukky Bolarinwa who is the founder of Haima Health, their slogan is simple.
