This sweet wine is unique from other dessert wines because of the strict laws and and harsh conditions required to make it. Canada’s not only known for its maple syrup, but for being the largest producer of Icewine, so it’s perfect that we opted to drink G.Marquis Icewine from Ontario while discussing this wine delicacy.
