EP84 Delusional self belief with cancer fighter Meg Horrocks

I have the amazing Meg Horrocks on this week's podcast, she is a member of Lift & Glow gym and an incredible inspiration to all of us who know her. After spending 10 years travelling the world working on luxury yachts Meg was devastatingly diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer just weeks after her 30th birthday. The way she has faced her diagnosis is inspirational & I wanted more people to hear her story. Meg talks about how she has overcome cancer with the power of taking control of her own health & how having a strong mindset can make all the difference when faced with huge life challenges.
