While those words are attributed to Teddy Roosevelt, when business coach, consultant and recovering corporate lawyer Claudia Williams shared them during her conversation, you can  just felt it from the heart. She's the kind of person you want in your posse. In fact, when she was part of The Hershey Company's legal team, she actually had what she called, "The Chocolate Posse". It was a place where ideas flowed and friendship, mentorship and leadership was always present. Or as she calls it "Friendtorship": the pillars that make a good leader in the workplace as well as the home.
