Jodie is back! This episode myself and Jodie reflect back on the recent Time to Change Young Champions event, plus our thoughts and experiences of the day. We talked about self stigma, employability and got a bit of an update on how Jodie has been recently. Its a great opportunity to hear open and honest thoughts from an active mental health campaigner about how its not all red carpets, filming and talking to the press.
