Ep89- Beauty and Brokenness w/Amber Collum of Grace Enough Podcast

from Java with Jen: Hearing God’s Voice in Everyday Life | Prophecy, Faith Teaching, Hearing Jesus · host Jenilee Samuel | Christian Women, Prophecy, Prayer, Healing, Spiritual Growth

We often move through life believing the pursuit or goal is to achieve a "beautiful" life experience, and that somehow a good life means it's devoid of particular fractures or pain.  We approach beauty, or a good life, as though it's absent of what's messy.  Feeling beautiful and good on the inside somehow makes us think we should be absent of baggage, or complication.  However, we see in the Word of God this amazing dichotomy of Beauty residing right alongside Brokenness.  God chose very broken individuals to usher in the Savior of the world... in today's episode, my guest Amber Collum and I dive into how beauty and brokenness are meant to co-exist and can show us even more the mercy and power of God to use us, work in us, and move despite us.  This is a freeing, powerful message you won't want to miss!
