Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!” As we approach the end of January, it is not uncommon for Mother Nature to go on a three-week long drinking binge in Southwestern Pennsylvania where it can be 76 degrees and sunny on Monday and five inches of snow on the ground by Thursday! Today, we talk about the importance of sellers maintaining their homes while on the market during the winter months, especially if the property is vacant.
