EP9 Dark Mirrors: Incarnate Guides {Part 2}

from Mental Magic · host Christina Fennell

Our connections with others present an opportunity for us to connect with aspects of ourselves that we have hidden in the shadows of our consciousness, sometimes, for our entire lifetime. In this episode, we dig into the basics of how to do shadow work in community, in connection, and in relationship with other incarnate human beings. We discuss the importance of boundaries, the foundation of ancestral and generational trauma clearing work, benefits of embracing self-love for the self and for others, as well as examples of what it looks like when we step into unconscious, toxic versions of ourself. We have found that connections with others can be a vital tool in helping us gain freedom from the hell realms that we have been condemned to live in and it turns out that as much as the external world claims to know who is in and who is out, freedom, at the end of the day, is an inside job. "As above, so below." As within, so without.  Continue the conversation on IG @mental.magic.podcast Intro quote: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azakaban Credits: Logo by @elorahhh -- Music from @azadhacket
