EP9: Lets Talk Depression

from Unapologetic Expressions · host Lillia Rockamore

This time last year I was depressed, like depressed depressed. Like crying in the shower I hate my life, why me depressed. Like is God really real ,depressed. Like do I want these kids, depressed. Like edges thinning, skin breaking out depressed. On top of all that I was pregnant which made me more depressed. None of y'all would've known that because I put on for social media and in real life, I was having anxiety attacks and finding it hard to get out of bed. My daughter was born in Jan. 2018 and I decided to stop faking happy and actually deal with my shit. I said all that to say THE STORM DON'T LAST ALWAYS! Focus on those things that are good, you can and will beat depression. It's not easy in fact it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. Today's episode I talk about my battle with depression and how I learned to cope. WANT TO KEEP IN TOUCH? sn: LOLALUV1215 ig: UNAPOLOGETICEXPRESSIONS email:[email protected]
