There's nothing I love more than a bloke-y bloke who's happy to raise his hand and call bullsh*t on some of that bloke-y bloke rubbish that has lead to men (and women) shutting down their emotions, putting on brave faces and battling all sorts of mental and emotional repercussions. In 2017 Mark threw down the tools, sold up city life and went country bound to create a space amidst nature where human connection and healing could be the antidote to our 21st century mayhem.  People bathing in icy waters and breathing techniques have been around for over a hundred years, yet it is only now we have people like Mark bringing it to the surface so we can reap it's benefits in our lives.  Still expanding and hand building his retreat on 70 acres Mark aspires to provide the tools, strategies and space for others to heal their inability to deal with emotions… depression, anxiety and fear.   Talk about someone who wears their heart on their sleeve and has fire in their belly, Marks energy is something else and if you're anything like me you might just tear up here and there as his passion comes through the stories and experiences he shared with us.
