Starting as a child with an abusive mother, Julie's story and our discussions includes survival, writing, out of body experiences, talking to spirits, finding the confidence to talk about your own story and Julie's book 'This Does Not Leave This House'. Julie's story includes experience not previous discussed on this podcast. It was interesting and thought provoking for me to hear about out of body and spirit experiences.
