Welcome. What do you think of the new music? Hopefully you like it. I would love to be able to include some more music in the future to. This episode is me (attempting) reading out the nominees for the Mental Health Blog Awards in July. I really should have allowed more time for myself but Im busy getting ready for Mental Health Awareness Week at work, so its just a quick one.
