Ephesians 4:11-13 Its Not About 5 Fold

Still in chapter 4 of Ephesians.  This next segment hits upon what is most commonly known as "5 fold ministry" and its importance to the body.  However, the requirements of an apostle cannot be met today nor are people really prophets in the sense they claim.  So what's going on in the immediate and surrounding context of Paul's letter?  The answer may surprise you, it sure did surprise me.
