Ephesians 5

Brother Seye continues his expository teaching on the book of Ephesians and shares a couple of thoughts from Chapter 5. Apostle Paul instructs us to imitate Christ and the reason we can imitate Christ is because God has given us the resources by which we can be imitators of God. We are called to forgive as Christ forgave us, called to be holy as He is and not to be sexually immoral both in our thoughts and speech. We are not to take for granted the truth of God's saving power to keep and live like we have no responsibilities or as if nothing is required of us. The second thought is to be filled with the spirit, walk as children of light and we see that being filled is evidenced in our speaking. To be filled with the spirit is to have the influence of the Spirit on our mind. Please listen and share.
