Ephesians part 1
from Mossvale Community Church Hosted by Mossvale Community Church
The marvel of redemption is the central theme as we explore Ephesians chapter 1 and God’s eternal plan to rescue and restore His people. We reflect on the distinct yet unified roles of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in salvation, the Father who chose and adopted us, the Son who redeemed us through His sacrifice, and the Holy Spirit who seals believers and guarantees their inheritance. This chapter highlights God’s sovereign purpose, established before the foundation of the world, and His faithful power to bring it to completion. With the inclusion of both Jew and Gentile in Christ, the wonder of redemption revealed is not merely that God did not exclude Israel, but that He graciously included us. We are encouraged to rest in the security of God’s salvation, marvel at His wisdom, and rejoice in being part of His unfolding plan for His glory.
