This Qatar GP will be forever marked by the huge strategic blunder Mclaren did to not pit both their drivers during the safety car that came in at lap 7, due to the Hulkenberg accident! Max and RB had a brilliant race to take victory, while Oscar came in second. A brilliant race for Carlos Sainz who secure 3rd for Williams that no one expected. Antonelli had another strong race and was challenging, but a mistake in the end finished any chances he had for a podium.
