Epi 22: The Australian Made

Join us as we celebrate all things Australia particularly the “Australian Made” tour of 1986/87. On the verge of international domination, this concert series took place in 6 cities over 4 weeks with an array of Australia’s best talent supporting INXS in front of sellout crowds in the sweltering heat. With Mystify played live for the very first time the pre-release of KICK, this concert series gave INXS the impetus and platform to hone their song-craft and prepare for what was to be their most important year so far. Inspiring many of their Australian peers, Australian Made was a pioneering concert festival experience that would lead to “The Big Day Out” juggernaut and inspire local bands to believe they were just as good as their international contemporaries.
