Start to ask yourself ....  Maybe once upon a time, you loved your job, but now you are going through the motions and you're not quite sure why. I really want you to look at your day. At what parts of the day are you struggling the most. Really sit with it and think about it. 1. When this happens, where are you? Work? School? Home? 2. What are you doing? Is there a task that you do every day that you hate? Is it apart of your job? Did your job role change at work? 3. Did you home routine change? I'm asking you these questions so you find the problem! If you don't know the problem you can't fix it. Once you know this you now have options!
