Epiphany Sunday

The story of the Magi's journey to find Jesus provides a powerful framework for understanding how divine guidance operates in our lives. Initially, these wise men misinterpreted the star's direction, arriving in Jerusalem instead of Bethlehem, showing that even well-intentioned seekers can temporarily lose their way. However, through proper guidance, they ultimately found their destination and encountered Jesus.Today, while we don't have a physical star to follow, we have something even more reliable: Scripture. God's Word serves as our primary source of clarity and direction. When we align ourselves with biblical truth rather than trying to bend it to our preferences, we find true guidance. This clarity inevitably leads to movement - just as the Magi immediately took action once they understood their correct path. The culmination of this journey is always worship and transformation, as demonstrated by the Magi's response upon finding Jesus.
