Fastighetssektorn har haft motvind ett antal år men frågan är om det inte är dags för en vändning snart. Carnegie Real Estate Index har förvisso stigit +26% sen oktober 2023 men handlas fortfarande närmare 50% lägre än toppen 2021. Ett bolag som jag tror flugit lite under radarn för många är Genova Property Group som noterades 2020 och som sedan 2018 har haft en genomsnittlig årlig tillväxt på 64% på förvaltningsresultatet och 14% på substansvärdet, men trots detta är aktien ned 76% från toppen, hur går det ihop?
