Welcome to Antipod: A Radical Geography Podcast and Sound Collective! This is Episode 0... In our initial episode, the six members of the Antipod Sound Collective introduce themselves, describe their research, discuss the origins of the podcast and the collective, and share our intentions for Season 1 of the podcast. The Antipod Sound Collective was conceived at Antipode’s sixth Institute for the Geographies of Justice (IGJ), which was held in Montréal/Tiohtiá:ke on unceded Kanien’kehá:ka land. As we discuss in this episode, our time together at IGJ included a visit to Kanehsatà:ke.
