I was introduced to Katya by my former guest, Penelope Goranson, and I'm eternally grateful that she did, because Katya's story needs to be told, heard and shared. Born in Manchester, England, and immigrating to Canada with her family at age 16, but that's only a tiny fraction of where her story begins and where it is heading.
