Episode 008: Mark Ross

A conversation with Mark Ross, General Manager of Amphenol Nova Sensors in Fremont, CA. We get into what it’s like to be a first-time general manager with almost no knowledge of his new division’s products or technology. We also chat about moving back to California after 12 years in New York, about learning something new at work every day, and about what it means to make the decision to marry a company.
