According to the Miami Police Department, this was an ongoing argument between the couple that escalated that evening. Mr. Tellez says once they were home, Jimenez jumped on top of him when he laid down on the couch with two rabies needles that were for their dogs. Jimenez is charged with a second-degree felony.
