Episode 010 – Jim Smith

Episode 010 – After 40 years with Aurora Fire Rescue, Jim Smith retired earlier this year. Jim physically outperformed the majority of firefighters he worked with up until his last shift. He takes us through his calling as a firefighter, his comeback from what most said was a career-ending injury, and how humility helped him everyday and with every new firefighter that was assigned to him.
