Episode 015//How Worthiness is Linked to Self-Care & How to Elevate Your Worth

I've had a bit of a break and I'm back to start the year with a solo episode all about how our self-care is linked to worthiness. I'm not gonna lie, 2020 has been tough so far...already! As it has been for so many people. But do you know what? I'm taking action this year and I'm going to nail my self-care. Absolutely NAIL IT! I started off by taking a night away...yep, I actually spent the night by myself by the beach because I truly needed it. I did some yoga, some reading, journaling, meditating...and it was incredible. I came home feeling like a new woman! So how is this linked to our self-worth? Well, if we don't feel worthy within ourselves, we won't feel the need to take care of ourselves. We will continue to put everyone else before ourselves. In this episode, I share some of my favourite affirmations and journal prompts to help connect to your self-worth.
