Grab your ally and join us!www.serenitynowyoga.ca Nicole Balogh has been teaching Yoga for 17 years and practicing the healing arts and shamanism for 15 years. Initially, she apprenticed with a shaman for 5 years and practiced both Reiki and Quantum Touch, but did not find her true calling until she trained with Nicki Scully in the shamanic healing art form called Alchemical Healing in 2010. The power and results of this work lead her to become a teacher of this modality in 2014. Nik also has a passion for plants and herbal medicine and has trained in traditional and energetic herbal medicine. She lives close to nature in a rural setting in southern Ontario, Canada where she grows and preserves much of her and her families’ food and medicine. Nik teaches Yoga, Meditation, Alchemical Healing, Shamanic Journeying and Shamanic Mysteries as well as various workshops that support all of these practices. Her goal in all that she offers is to empower and share tools with people so that they can do their own work and heal themselves.Holding sacred space for the unfolding of whatever needs to arise in order for physical, spiritual, or emotional health of an individual or a group is Nik’s intention. This allows for any of the tools and skills she has in her medicine bag to be available and she is grateful to have the tools to share with people in order to manage the challenging changes and turmoil that come with the cycles of growth we experience.  Hosted on Acast.
