Dan Baird is one of the World's Leading Primitive Survival Experts and Back-country Guides He's also Head Instructor for the largest primitive survival training program in the United States, California Survival School. As a guide, Dan regularly lead's international survival training and expedition trips to some of the most remote and hostile places on earth. His skills and training programs have been featured in the media on National Geographic, Good Morning America, History Channel, Forbes, and more. In additional to being one of the top back-country primitive survival guides, Dan is also a certified Medical Wilderness First Responder, a FEMA/DHS trained National C.E.R.T. Instructor, and a member/trainer of Law Enforcement Wilderness Search and Rescue teams across California.
