Episode 020// Impostor Syndrome, What is Success for Mums, & My Birth Injury
from Life.Quantum.Action. · host Karli Whitwell
I'm solo for this episode because I had so much juicy goss to fill you in on, mamas! I've had an amazing week, full of so much learning and a lot of growing. I was invited to be on an interview panel at the launch of the U Go Girl Podcast (brought to you by the gorgeous girls at U.Nexus Movement active wear, check them out) and a whole bunch of feelings popped up for me! At first, I felt unworthy and I was nervous. I'm not gonna lie, I felt a bit of impostor syndrome kick in. I was sitting on a panel with three incredible women (Claire from Project Work Life, Jess from Chic Money and Nova from Fit Cover) and I felt a bit out of my depth! In this episode, I speak about how I got through this and what a great experience it was for me. One of the questions I was asked was how I measure success, which was a really thought-provoking question for me! I am also excited to share a bit about what's happening with my health after having an injury for the last 9+ months and what's helping me progress with this! As always, I am so grateful to have you tuned in, mama!
