In Episode 20 holen wir uns Verstärkung von Thomas Klug, der seinem Namen alle Ehre macht, um mit vereinten Kräften den Begriff Kollektive Intelligenz zu umreißen. Wir schlagen breit auf und diskutieren inwiefern die verschiedenen Intelligenzen in einer Person (kognitive, emotionale, soziale, körperliche …) und die Intelligenzen verschiedener Personen relevant sind und wann.

Die Folge in einem Satz: Human fragt sich, wie wir kollektive Intuition über Schwarmintelligenz hinaus aufbauen können, Thomas erklärt wie wichtig andere Menschen und non-kognitive Intelligenzen in komplexen Situationen sind und Mary-Jane erkennt, dass insbesondere in Gruppen, die non-kognitiven Fähigkeiten stärker wirken.
