In this bonus episode, we interview Omar Foster, who is a leader in the health and fitness industry in Las Vegas. He not only grew up in a rough part of Las Vegas but has also endured some obstacles that could have left him paralyzed - literally. Omar did not let these obstacles define him and today he is a co-owner of not one but three CrossFit gyms in Las Vegas. One of those gyms is now the most visited CrossFit gym in the WORLD. Omar talks to us about failure and the importance of not being afraid to fail. Omar had a dream of owning a gym one day and he was able to find success by developing UNSHAKEABLE self belief and not being afraid to fail. We also dive into what it’s like to be a new dad to his son Uriah and how that’s truly changed his perspective on everything.
