Episode 026//You're Allowed to Change Your Mind, Routine & Schedule During Iso

from Life.Quantum.Action. · host Karli Whitwell

Hi everyone - I hope you're all doing well, especially if you're in isolation. I know it's a challenging time for us as humans at the moment, however I want to invite you to look at the opportunity you have available to you right now. Today I share with you the biggest opportunities I'm taking at the moment - and it's all around pivoting, growth, scheduling and how I perceive things. I speak about changing our mind - we are allowed to change our mind, as we are evolving humans. I share some things with you about how isolation has been for me and the amazing difference a little scheduling and morning routine is making for me.  And finally, I've been learning about a new concept and I'm embracing the fact that there are always two sides to every coin. This concept really excites me and is encouraging me to take a much more balanced approach to life! Enjoy the episode. If you have a listen, I'd be so grateful if you clicked SUBSCRIBE or dropped me a review. Follow me on Instagram @karliheinjus to hear more about what I'm up to.
