Welcome back to The Wayside Podcast! In 2 Samuel chapter 6, King David danced for joy before the entire city of Jerusalem as the ark of God was brought to reside in the city. To continue our "Beauty Will Save the World" series, we brought in a professional dancer to talk about the importance of the art of dance and how we can glorify God through it. Laura Hilley is a classically trained ballerina who studied at the Houston Ballet before joining the Cincinnati Ballet. She has since returned to Houston and performs for Uptown Dance while also teaching ballet to the next generation. (Fun fact: previous podcast guest Joy Hilley is her mom).
