This week's episode we have Anette Nance who is a dynamic professional and a servant minded leader. Anette is an Operation Enduring Freedom Marine veteran and served 8 years, honorably. Anette recently graduated with a  masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and received Anette undergraduate degree from Ashford University in Psychology. Anette has done advocacy work in the veteran space locally and regionally. Through Anette's work she was one of 10 student veterans nominated for the 2020 Student Veteran of the Year finalist in the nation for Student Veterans of America, headquartered in Washington D.C. Anette career coaching skills have been instrumental within many professionals career path. Anette aspires to continue advocacy work and utilize her social work lens in various industries to focus on the importance of people. Anette and I met on instagram a couple of months ago by way of supporting one another’s podcast. Anette is the host of Word Paintings podcast where she shares one of her many talents with us showcasing her poetry. After becoming a fan I instantly noticed how Anette takes pride in being a professional and her passion in helping others achieve their professional goals as a career coach. I knew I had to have her on the show!
