Hey homies! In today's episode, I am talking to you about the past and why we need to let it go! Holding onto your past, reliving it and feeling the emotions and feelings associated with it is literally creating your future...if you want a bright, shiny, new future - is it time to surrender and let go of your past? In fact, the past isn't real anymore. It was once real, it did happen (no, you didn't dream it)...but now, it's not real anymore. The only thing real is this present moment. I share with you some of my learnings in this area, which I've really enjoyed diving into lately, and I take you through a short meditation to bring you back to the now and the present moment.
