Episode 04: Nkechi Anele

Nkechi Anele is an Australian-Nigerian musician, songwriter, radio presenter and social activist. Most notably she performed with Melbourne band Saskwatch for a decade, playing major festivals globally and releasing four critically-acclaimed albums. In 2016, along with her best friend Lucie Cutting, Nkechi launched The Pin, a website discussing race, identity and culture in Australia from the perspective of multinational and multiracial Australians. In 2018, The Pin went live at Splendour in the Grass and WOMADelaide.
