This week I’m opening up about a recent loss in my life that triggered and resurfaced some childhood trauma. Through my fresh grief, I want to offer my experience in hopes that it helps someone navigate grief, trauma, inner child work, depression, anxiety, etc. AND their regular life & responsibilities at the same time.
