His home base is in South Bend, Indiana, but he travels anywhere within a 4 hour radius to help entrepreneurs implement the EOS system. In 2004 Justin, along with family and a couple friends, helped launch Five Star, a non-profit organization with the mission to inspire students to live to their fullest potential with an after school leadership program. Starting with five volunteers and 50 students, they grew a dynamic character and leadership youth program that now reaches over 2,000 students annually, delivers a powerful message of hope, while delivering significant improvements in academics, attendance and behavior.
