Episode 044 - C.H.U.D.

This week THE MILKSHAKE BOOM emerge from the dank, gas-filled sewers of NYC to bring your our above ground discussion on the even danker C.H.U.D.! This 1984 sci-fi horror film stars Daniel Stern and John Heard and is directed by Douglas Cheek! Now you're probably asking yourself, 'Self, what does C.H.U.D. even stand for? Could it be Cherubic Hungry Udder Drinkers? Or perhaps Cranky Hungover Uber Drivers?' Good guesses, but no! This movie is all about Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers, my friend, and boy howdy does it got a lot of 'em! Yes, I would have also accepted Contamination Hazard Urban Disposal, but c'mon that's just boring! This cinematic selection comes courtesy of our listener Kevin! So, if you have a movie suggestion, be sure to let us know and we just might work your film into our regular rotation!
