Victoria discusses how she transitioned from a macrobiotic diet to restoring her health eating nutrient dense foods after learning about Sally Fallon and the WAPF. Victoria founded one of the longest running chapters. She talks about the series of meetings she's doing with her chapter on forbidden foods that are actually good for you. Aaron finds himself in line with what Victoria sees as healthy foods and even gives some suggestions for forbidden foods topics.
