Although she was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, my guest today is based out of Paris, France. She is one of the founding members of the group TANGO MON AMOUR, where she assumes the role of instructor as well as art director. She has a strong background in classical ballet and modern dance, as well as yoga, pilates, and gyrotronics. And as you can imagine, her teaching method is grounded heavily in understanding body mechanics. She has taught and performed in over a dozen countries, is fluent in 7 languages, and is also a very well-known blogger.
