Episode 054: "Curse of Oak Island"

During my time being sick over the last couple of days, I really haven't done much in the way of work, other than making sure I get this podcast out. It is a double-edged sword in the fact that I get to catch up on some binge-watching of Netflix while I rest, but on the other hand, I fall behind on work stuff. So while resting I watched "The Curse Of Oak Island". A show that follows 2 brothers and their crew while they try to find lost treasure on an island in Nova Scotia, Canada. It seems at every turn, they are running into problems that get thrown at them. Even after all of the tests and trials, they have been through, at the end of the season they are happy with their progress. They wanted more progress but they are happy with the progress that they had made. It isn't any different for me and what I'm building. Yes, I want it to grow faster, but I get things thrown at me daily that knock me off course. But just like the brothers and their crew on Oak Island I move forward and I'm both happy and thankful for the progress that I have made.
